Iris is absolutely wonderful. She helped my husband and I sell our rental. She was referred to us by a friend and living out of the area she made the process go smoothly. We had some work to do on the house before selling it and she made that process so much easier. She helped finding a reliable handyman and was there when they needed access to the house-this was great because neither my husband or I had to take time off work to let someone in. Her professionalism is beyond comparison, she made herself available and was there to answer any questions we had always with a smile. She was honest and upfront with us about the entire selling process which is a relief because I tend to stress out very quickly. When I am ready to sell or buy again Iris will be the first person I contact and I would readily recommend her to anyone.

What can I not say about Iris. She is awesome, as we thought buying a house wasn’t going to happen. Our first loan fell threw. Iris was showing us a house to rent but, after telling her our story she said she could help us. Guess what she did and now we are home owners. She works very hard to help you find what you want. So if you need a good realtor Iris is the one.

Iris was excellent! She was attentive to our wants and needs when selling our home. Iris made herself available whenever we had questions or needed advice, etc. In addition, she was a great help with negotiating the contract with the buyers! Also, when we discovered that we had left our name sign hanging on the gate, Iris got it for us and mailed it to us - we had moved out of state! She was very professional and compassionate about our needs!
