Iris was recommended to us through a family friend and we are so happy we worked with her. My wife and I were searching for our first house for a few months and we're having difficulty finding places within our price range. Needless to say, we were becoming discouraged and overwhelmed with the real estate market because of the tough competition for buyers in the Menifee area and being first time homeowners. We really had no idea what we were doing. Iris helped us every step of the way and explained everything in great detail so that we never felt overwhelmed throughout the entire the process. We will definitely be using her again when we buy our next home!
Iris helped us buy and sell our first home and buy our second home. She is an exceptional broker and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Our second escrow was a very unusual escrow with a curve ball thrown at us in every direction. If she weren't so knowledgeable and experienced, we would have fallen out of escrow at several different points. She is a highly skilled and diplomatic professional, with connections in all the right places. We will definitely be using her again when we are ready to buy our next home!

My wife and I had a tall order for Iris to handle. We wanted to sell our primary residence, sell our rental home and find our ideal home in our price range. What can I not say about Iris. She is awesome, as we thought buying a house wasn't going to happen. Our first loan fell threw. Iris was showing us a house to rent but, after telling her our story she said she could help us. Guess what she did and now we are home owners. She works very hard to help you find what you want. So if you need a good realtor Iris is the one.
Iris is absolutely wonderful. She helped my husband and I sell our rental. She was referred to us by a friend and living out of the area she made the process go smoothly. We had some work to do on the house before selling it and she made that process so much easier. She helped finding a reliable handyman and was there when they needed access to the house-this was great because neither my husband or I had to take time off work to let someone in. Her professionalism is beyond comparison, she made herself available and was there to answer any questions we had always with a smile. She was honest and upfront with us about the entire selling process which is a relief because I tend to stress out very quickly. When I am ready to sell or buy again Iris will be the first person I contact and I would readily recommend her to anyone.
I found my dream home! We were unsure we could make any of the financing work to be able to get into our dream. Iris' reaction was "Why couldn't we make this work? Let me work on this!" And SHE DID! Not only did she make it happen with EASE, but we were within time constraints for the close and our move, and she made everything come together in 30 days! She is enjoyable to work with, very communicative, and thorough. She is very knowledgeable, creative and ALWAYS returns phone calls or emails, which in my experience is a rarity.
